All advance (not day-of) tickets can be purchased at AFI Silver Theatre or by visiting www.silverdocs.com
Need Tickets?
- All day-of tickets ase sold at the Day-of ticketing table in AFI Silver’s Historic Lobby
- All tickets are $11.00
- To access a screening, you must have a ticket (or an appropriate pass) and be seated 15 minutes before show time
- All vouchers must be redeemed for tickets
Purchased Tickets Online?
- Bring the credit card you used to make the purchase
- Pick up your tickets at the box office
Have Your Tickets?
- You must be seated 15 minutes before show time
- 15 minutes before show time we will sell any unclaimed seats
- There are no refunds, exchanges or swaps
Sold Out? Try the Standby Line!
- Shows are never really “sold out”! If the allotment of pre-sales is exhausted, we move the film into standby ticketing mode.
- The standby line will form 45 minutes before show time, rain or shine, outside the AFI Silver Theatre & Cultural Center. The line will start at the box office and continue down Colesville Road towards Panera Bread.
- 15 minutes before the show starts, we will sell any unclaimed seats to people who have made it to the screening and are in the standby line looking for tickets!
- Chances of getting in through the standby line? It varies by show, but we can usually get from 5 to 50+ people in. Bring a friend, book, or mp3 player and give it a try!
